HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

Adire Nation has created a size chart specifically modeled to give the most preferred fit all body sizes. Kindly click on the size chart to know your most preferred fit. Please note, that ADIRE NATION sizes vary from S,M,L,XL,XXL. In the case of a custom fit outfit, customers are to send the measurements they prefer to customfits@adirenation.com.

HOW DO I SHOP/NAVIGATE ON ADIRE NATION?

Shopping on ADIRE NATION has been modified for easy navigation. Adirenation.com is an e-commerce platform that also has a blog. To shop on ADIRE NATION simply go to the drop down menu at the corner and click on store and to view the blog, simply click on blog at the drop down menu. ADIRE NATION offers different products and in turn, are categorized in different categories. To view and shop for a particular category, simply click on the section you want, scroll through and select the quantity and size(s). Once you’re satisfied, you add your orders to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be required to fill in your billing information and make payment. Once that is done, your order will be processed.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?

Once an order has been checked out and payment has been made, it cannot be modified. An order can only he cancelled or modified before it has been checked out and payment has been made. Once you detect a mistake or remember to add an item you forgot, to modify, simply go back to the store page and add the product and it automatically joins the lists of products in your cart. To remove items, simply click on cancel my order and start again.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

Only available items in the inventory will be displayed on the website. Orders made for available items will be delivered between 2-3 days for Lagos residents and 6-9days for out of Lagos residents, considering the size requested is available. Products that have to be tailored to customers preference, will take a minimum of 14 days. Should there be a delay in delivery date, AdireNation will contact the customer to keep you informed.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Adire nation has a return policy on products that have been delivered. Kindly go through the rerun policy in the terms and conditions page. However, an exchange of one item for another is not available at this time. Customers are advised to go through their orders carefully and properly before they check out.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We deliver nationwide. ADIRE NATION handles delivery through a third party courier service. Depending on the geolocation and proximity and state and country, locations attract different delivery fees. Please go through our delivery locations for more insight.

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT METHOD?

In line with the Central Bank of Nigeria’s cashless economy plan, all payments on products ordered will be transacted online through the payment portal on the website. We only accept online payment at this time. We envision that this will provide a stress free shopping experience for you the customer.
